With an established operational background in GP out of hours across south London, Mark joined the team in 2017 as Head of Operations (primary care).
His responsibilities included the delivery, performance management and financial control of all primary care local commissioned schemes, including PACT Proactive Care, Diagnostics, Improving Access to Primary Care, Enhanced Access, GP Rapid Response (UCR).
Since being promoted to Director of Operations, his role has progressed towards oversight, strategic development and seeking new business opportunities.
Mark is a passionate and patient focused person who continuously strives for improving patient health and care locally, whilst fully supporting primary care and system partners.
In his spare time, Mark enjoy walking his dogs, gardening, ice hockey and motor sports.
