We are always looking for ways to improve the quality of care provided to patients in Wandsworth. We work closely with GP practices, Primary Care Networks and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to achieve this.
We ensure that practices have the right expertise and support to develop and improve their services, ensuring the ongoing delivery of high-quality care. We support them to work closely together, offering peer support, shared learning and reviewing areas of practice.
Regular learning events are organised for practices focusing on areas identified through practice reviews, service user feedback, new clinical guidance, and local and national health policy changes. They all contribute to creating a culture of improvement and best practice.
