As part of National Safeguarding Adults Awareness Week 2025, we’re proud to support this year’s theme ‘Prevention – Act Before Abuse’.
We are committed to embedding a safeguarding culture both within our organisation and the services we commission and deliver to protect adults who may be at risk. We do this by focusing on prevention and raising awareness, reflecting our proactive approach in promoting safe, respectful environments for all.
This includes thorough:
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
- Adherence to Caldicott Principles, and
- Mandatory safeguarding training for all of our staff.
We also expect the same high standards from all of our partners to ensure consistency and accountability across all our services.
Our Safeguarding Leads have also recently refreshed their Designated Safeguarding Lead training to strengthen our safeguarding offer and provide enhanced support.
